With the ability to create items that look like they are hundreds of years old, or industrial, we can cater to your specific requirements.

Topcoat Contracting has been in the concrete industry for over 20 years in the lower mainland. We pride ourselves in looking after our jobs before and after the concrete is poured, with attention to details.

Although we do all aspects of concrete work, our main focus is on Decorative Concrete Finishes, both for new construction, as well as overlays for retrofit. We have the ability to create unlimited textures and colours, both for indoor and outdoor applications.

We have a selection of over 15 Stamped Concrete patterns, as well as a full compliment of colours. Some of our custom patterns can be grouted to create the look of Natural Random Slate.

Chemical Staining, sometimes called "Acid Staining", is enjoying a renaissance with Architects and Developers throughout North America. It is a process that incorporates metallic salts and muriatic acid to permanently stain new or existing concrete surfaces. Chemical staining gives a variegated appearance, with a rich patina; similar to natural stone or marble. When saw cut with a particular pattern, the results are stunning, while also having the lasting durability associated with concrete construction.
